What You Need to Know

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for visiting Indigo Soul Star Crystal Healing, please read the following for information on our returns and refunds policy.

RETURNS

In line with UK online selling regulations, if you wish to return your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to arrange a return. Once the return has been arranged the items should be dispatched to us within a further 14 days.  

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, purchasing and arranging return postage. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

It is advised that the buyer return the item via a postal method which includes tracking for their own peace of mind and protection.  It is also advised that the buyer obtains proof of postage.

 

A refund of the original amount paid at the time the order was placed will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Whilst we take every care to package your crystals well for shipping, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@indigosoulstar.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the packaging and item showing the damage in order for us to process a refund or replacement.

DIGITAL ITEMS

In line with UK distance selling laws digital items are not eligible for refunds.
