What You Need to Know


Thank you for visiting Indigo Soul Star, please read the following for information on our shipping policy. We ship all our products via Royal Mail as they have proven to be the most reliable and cost effective courier for our needs.

All orders are shipped via tracked services, you will receive a tracking number once you’ve placed your order.

We take great care when packing your order however sometimes breakages do occur in transit. If your crystals do not arrive in perfect condition please contact us at Please take photos of the parcel, in particular the packaging, as this will help us if we have to make a claim to Royal Mail.


Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt unless otherwise stated in the item listing. However, at busy times (i.e. holidays, Mondays, etc.) it can take longer, we will always let you know if there is likely to be a delay in sending out your order though. Orders are posted Monday to Friday only.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If you haven’t received dispatch notification of your order after 5 days please get in touch and we will investigate.


Delivery is usually via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Royal Mail estimate these services to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days from them receiving the package. This is an estimate and your order may take longer at busy points during the year or during strike action. Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 10 working days after the estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived within this 10 working days after delivery was due please contact me.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
