What You Need to Know

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting Indigo Soul Star Crystal Healing, please read the following for information on our shipping policy. We ship all our products via Royal Mail using their Tracked 48 service.

All orders are shipped via tracked services, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

​

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt unless otherwise stated in the item listing. However, at busy times it can take longer.  However, we will always let you know if there is likely to be a delay in sending out your order.  Orders are posted Monday to Friday only.

If you haven’t received dispatch notification of your order after 5 days please get in touch and we will investigate.

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery is usually via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Royal Mail estimate these services to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days from them receiving the package. This is an estimate and your order may take longer at busy points during the year or during strike action. Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 10 working days after the estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived within this 10 working days after delivery was due please contact us.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are asked to carefully enter the address where your package(s) will be shipped. Customers are responsible for fees incurred where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or P.O. Boxes that are supplied but cannot be delivered to, or items not picked up after the mail service attempted the delivery and time to receive the parcel has expired.
