Crystals & The Chakras

Most people are aware of the 7 main chakras - Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown. But there are many, many more including the Earth Star chakra, Gaia Gateway, Higher Heart, Alta Major Chakra, Causal, Soul Star, and the Stellar Gateway chakra.

When our chakras are clear and balanced that frequency of energy flows freely and easily around our physical and energetic body. We are open, balanced and in tune. If a chakra is blocked or unbalanced that frequency of energy cannot flow properly and we can find our behaviour, mental and emotional state, and even our physical state, effected.

There are many different ways you can work to bring your chakras into balance including working with essential oils, practices such as yoga and breath worth, visualisation, colour, and of course crystal energy.

Working with crystal energy is a wonderfully gentle but effective way of clearing, aligning and bringing your chakras into balance. Lying down with a corresponding crystal on its chakra while you relax, mediating with a crystal in your hand, or holding a crystal while you focus on that particular chakra in your body, are just some of the ways you can work with crystals to balance your chakras.
