Throat Chakra Crystals

The throat chakra or Vishuddha is located at the level of your throat, and is associated with the element of Ether and the thyroid glad within the physical body.

The throat chakra governs our ability to communicate and express ourselves. It helps us to live from a place of truth and integrity, and to speak our truth from a place of understanding, compassion and love.

When imbalanced we may feel anxious and find we are misunderstanding others words and behaviours. We may find that we don’t feel confident in expressing ourselves or speaking up for ourselves. We may have trouble trying to communicate how we feel in a way that others can understand.

When balanced we find that our words and actions convey love and truth. We can express ourselves clearly and consciously. We can speak our truth in a way that others not only understand but calmly and clearly.
